Most of the time, the wires get crossed somewhere due to Internet components that are not configured or activated. Usually, the RPC error pops up because there is some sort of miscommunication between the computer and the server. The client waits for the server to process the call before resuming the execution. When the client (the program requesting something) sends a message to the server (the process that takes the order or performs the task), it is being asked to execute a certain procedure. RPC has two main parts to it: the client and the server. This is what allows your computer to access a network.
